Tuomas is the visionary behind reCreator, a groundbreaking app designed to elevate personal growth through energy work. With a certification as an Integral Therapist (CIT) and a master’s degree in marketing & innovation from Cambridge, Tuomas has over 15 years of experience in holistic well-being practices applied through an integral theory based R3 framework. His expertise spans various energy systems, including Reiki, VortexHealing®, and the Bengston Energy Healing Method®. Tuomas’s dedication to integrating body, mind, spirit, and shadow aspects into the R3 framework underscores his commitment to helping individuals unlock their full potential.

Tuomas is also starting his Ph.D. in Integral Transpersonal Psychology, focusing on the impact of energy work on consciousness and holistic well-being.

In his previous venture, he co-founded a wellness company (Muutos.net) that helped people make lasting lifestyle changes in nutrition, exercise, and holistic well-being based on habit building and human behavior psychology. He helped coach over 40,000 people in his home country of Finland, Europe. During this time, he noticed that often there was a need for even deeper work.
